Default denying visitation for non payment

"A parent not granted custody of the child is entitled to reasonable
visitation rights unless the Court finds, after a hearing, that visitation
would endanger seriously the child's physical, mental, moral, or emotional
health." 750 ILCS 6/607(a)

hey this is texas ,check this senerio out the illusion is
astonishing......first go see your son before the divorce get accused
of terroristic threat and criminal mishief...then get the charges
droped.....get accused of family violence without any filed events of
domestic violence .......be as sweet talking like if you were talking
to a baby .....next have your ex leave the state without telling
you.....then stay clean and sober through it all....and not
retaliate .....and not blame anyone for denying legal support.... and
observe this for 2 years....to not get in any conflicts just for
looking.... ha . ha. still have visitations rights....still pay child
support....get all your taxes from the previous year
(controled by women).....try not to insult or the highjacking will
occur you know the mental trantula....when something goes wrong then
us men are to blame how innocent we are.....then know that ex wife
raised with family values...still a man that dont get to see his son
see him.
