Largo, FL Police use your tax dollars to insult men with billborad
"Dusty" wrote ...................................... A billboard on U.S. 19 has been causing controversy during the past month (shown below). The message, "real men don't hit women and children", is part of the Largo Police Department's effort to bring more awareness to domestic violence. == What the sign doen't reveal is that while men are the primary abusers of women, mothers are the primary abusers of children. When abused women and children are grouped as vicitms of men, a significant abuse phenomenon is overlooked, leaving children to fend for themselves against their mothers. Could you image the uproar over" Real Mothers Don't Hit Children?"
