A little late responding... just got back from NYC where I spent the last 7
days with my mother who was in the hospital after a fall out of bed (ugggh.)
At least I got to spend Christmas with her although it was in a hospital
room and she was not having a good "pain" day.

I'm Sharon, married to Jeff and we are US expatriates living in Calgary,
Alberta for a few years. I'm a research geochemist with the US Federal
Gov't on a visiting scientist detail up here and my DH is running a
manufacturing plant here for a large corporation.

We have ID girls, Savannah and Willow who are now 9 years old. They are
seeing the world as we have moved about every three years first from
Wisconsin, then to Florida (gulf coast) then to Puerto Rico and now to
Calgary. I'm hoping the next move brings us back to the states although I
would not complain if my DH's next assignment was running the plant in
either the south of France, Switzerland, or South Africa. ; ) (The company
my DH works for has ~170 plants all over the world.)

Calgary, in the foothills of the Canadian Rockies, is beautful although I
must say Puerto Rico had somewhat nicer weather ; )

I'm a little late responding too! I'm Kim (34) and DH is Steve (36).
We have two beautiful twin boys, Ronan & Xander, born 2/26/02 after 2
1/2 years of infertility treatments and one IVF. I lurk mostly,
otherwise ask a lot of questions. Hopefully some day I'll be able to
give some advice!

Don't worry -- the rest of them will get it soon enough.

Glad to hear Ella is on the mend.

Kim, your message triggered a newsgroup memory for me... back when my now
almost 5 year old twins were infants, I used to see someone here who had
nicknamed her twins "Spike" and "Giles". Anyone remember who that was?
