I am constantly trying to find new and creative snacks for my two
year old. She love carrots and most vegetables. I want to give her some healthy but sweet snacks too. Is there a lot of these to make? I have made smoothies for her with banannas and apples. I need to learn more recipies for her. |

If she likes whole foods that require no work on your part, count yourself lucky! The closer to the ground/nature the food, the better for you anyway. Most are very happy to have the same food day in and day out. It is great that she eats a variety of healthy foods. Unless the adults in the family are serious chilli-heads, she can eat most of the foods you eat. -- Chookie -- Sydney, Australia (Replace "foulspambegone" with "optushome" to reply) http://chookiesbackyard.blogspot.com/ |
