Default MA: More on Alleged Deadbeat Dad's Arrest

Trimming "Sock Men" from the headers might get you a few more replies.

Anyway, Dusty, has anyone even bothered to check the salaries across the
nation
for electricians? $1200 a month for two children would be excess. It should
have
been challenged the day it came down.
Yes, the politically correct media wants evil "Dead-Beat Dads" all
locked away safely,
as well as wanting people to believe that the mother and children will
actually get any
of the cash themselves. Reality TV should be following this up and catching
"The Other Side"
of the story...from the dad's point of view, complete with historical
corrections to what
the popular media tells everyone. An accurately portrayed follow up would
kill almost every
one of these oppressive laws. In fact, when men are divorced and have
children, we are
redefined as yet another lower class of citizen, altogether, one that has
not the rights reserved
for true citizens. We do not have the rights to attorneys, because we cannot
afford one.
We cannot be freed from jail because debtor prisons are outlawed. We become
slaves, but not
slaves, as the laws have been carefully cultured to skirt ALL of these
issues.
I'd love to see just ONE instance of a mother being jailed for
non-support, or to be subjected
to the same re-arrangement of the laws, to disallow their human or civil
rights.

But the media, which is probably the worst one in all of this, make

judgment
calls at every turn. They certainly appear to take great delight in

calling
forth the Court of Public Opinion and roasting so-called deadbeats over
their fire of "truth". And then sit back and watch the masses gasp in awe
that someone could have the audacity to want to live as a free man and not

a
slave paying obscene amounts of cash to "visit" with his own children.

The amount this guy owes is equivalent to paying someone nearly $15,000.00

a
year. Over $1200.00 a month in CS!! Though, I'm also quite certain, that

a
great deal of this "amount owed" is in interest, fees and penalties "owed"
to the Commonwealth for all their fantastic book keeping abilities. I

know
from personal experience with "Family" court, that judges routinely listen
to only one side - and it is rarely the fathers they listen too...

I do believe that "Sock Men" made it into my kilfile, which would explain
why you didn't see it listed in the headers.

As for the remainder.. I agree with you. The amounts that NCPs (mainly
fathers) get hit with are extreme and are created from no logically based
thought process on the part of the courts, legislature, et all..

If and when the media actually does so all the facts on what is happening to
men and their families, and the laws do change.. then I can die a happy
man.

Electricians *CAN* make good money. Doesn't mean they do. Now, take
this case. There are alot of details missing, but just for discussion
sake, let's say he was working and making decent money. Unless he had
a bunch saved up (which far too many Americans, men and women, don't
do), she getting not getting a dime anytime soon. Why? Because he's
now unemployed. He's been dragged away from his job and back to MA for
court. MA politicians gets their press releases and milage out of it,
but not a single thing was "solved" for the family in question.

I'd love to see just ONE instance of a mother being jailed for

I'd like to see one given jail time for maliciously denying access for
the father.

Same thing can be said for IT people. There have, literally, been millions
of folks in IT and manufacturing that have been put out of work in the last
4 years. Of course "Family" court generally won't make a downward
modification of CS - because of the "Brady Bill" it's Federally sanctioned
that the courts can never make much needed changes to CS - ever.

I'd like to see a mother loose custody for the lies, access interference,
PAS and any other bs that women are allowed to get away with. -That- would
make my day!
