well it went well, he stuck stickers on various bits of me and took a
picture, which he put in computer and it showed me where I was out of
alignment, then he examined me and explained what he wanted to do, which was
obviously some adjustments, he said they need to be repeated regularly for a
while as it takes time for the brain to adjust and each time they will
revert due to my habits in walking, sleeping etc. His table had an
adjustable bit in the middle, so for the times I was on my front he could
let the bump hang down, so all in all I am very satisfied. I go back on
Saturday.

I've been going to a chiropractor regularly for about 3 years now - I don't
get very many headaches any more, I take the kids after their shots and they
seem to do well, it reduced my hip pain when I was pg, it has helped me
kick a cold more quickly and also cleared up my acne rosacea ... and I'm
pretty sure my original adjustments were what helped us to fall pg in the
first place.
Hope it helps you also
Amanda
