Help!!!!!!!!!!

My son, who is ADHD, LD in reading and written expression and in the

third
grade had what I would consider a horrible experience at school

today.

The situation: Around 10:00 a.m. my son's class was in the gym

playing
volleyball. My son had the ball when another student came over an
attempted to take the ball away from him (she was to serve the ball).

My
son swatted at the ball trying to keep it and wound up hitting the

girl in
the eye. She then began beating up on my son. The girl is about

twice my
son's size. My son got away from her and reported the incident to

the P.E.
teacher. Both were sent to the office. Both agree that this is the

way
things happened. The assistant principal called both parents and

suggested
to the girl's mother that she take her daughter a doctor to see about

her
eye. The assistant principal told us that our son was very upset and

that
she would allow him to sit in her office for a few minutes in order

to calm
down before going back to class. This was NOT supposed to be a

punishment.

However, after talking with my son this afternoon, I found out that

he was
in the office from 10:00 a.m. till 1:30 p.m. AND he did not have any

lunch
today. (BIG PROBLEM AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED.)

Without knowing about the lunch issue or the 3.5 hours in the office,

I
decided that I would pickup my son early from school. So around 2:00

p.m.
I went in asked to secretary to have the teacher send him down. The
student teacher from his regular classroom came to the office and

informed
me that my son was in the resource room and the resource teacher

wanted to
see me. When I went to the room, she showed me the work he had done

that
morning and stated that it simply was not enough. When I asked the

resource
teacher what my son was doing in her class at 2:00 p.m., she stated

that
his regular teacher had sent him to her to work on "thank you" notes,

which
my son had not finished in class. I asked what my son's class was
currently working on during this time. The resource teacher stated

that
she had "absolutely no idea".

After leaving the school, I found out from talking with my son that

he was
suppose to write "thank you" notes to two guest speakers. Even

though he
had only heard one of the guest speakers and the rest of the class

was
working on spelling when he made it back to the classroom at 1:30

p.m.

Any advice accepted.

First, it's illegal to deprive a student from lunch. (Most
states have a minimum 15 minute mandatory lunch time.) I would ensure
that my child had lunch in the future, and that someone was
responsible
for monitoring that process.
Each student has the legal right to a safe education. If I
were the parent, I'd teach my child what he could do the next time
someone angered him. Give him a list of things he could do and act
out
those things ie: tell the teacher, counselor, principal, and practice
anger management in the home.

(This parent and female student can file
charges against your son, whether she started it or not. You may then
need an attorney. You might need witnesses who saw the incident.)

What a ****ed-up misandrist society I live in. The girl should be
****ing expelled. No bigger kid should be allowed to hurt a smaller
kid even if the smaller kid started it.

****ed-up misandrists attack male children for sexual pleasure!!!!!!!!

What a ****ed-up world I live in!!!!!!!!!!

Even if the girl is bigger, she still get the ****ing
advantage!!!!!!!!!!!!
