If only the curriculum would teach the difference between "its"
and "it's". Hard to take an article seriously that mixes the two up.

it looks like English isn't his native language. there are a
lot of weird grammatical constructs, misspellings & odd word
usage.
and i don't think that whole bells & punctuality thing is at
all a "hidden agenda". it's pretty damn obvious, & i'm
surprised it's still being used, since factory workers aren't
much in demand here anymore.
