Heck it only took DYFS ten years to complete one adoption.

DCF workers and their supervisors themselves complain about the process that
CPS initiates. They pay taxes, too.

CPS IS NOT EFFECTIVE.

Yet, even with OT DCF seems to have a hard time hiring competent caseworkers.

Foster families should be the ones to write reports about DHS Foster care
visitors.
