Many good FP's have been turned off to the *system* by CPS' conduct and lack of
business-like practices.

Others, like a GA foster family have become incensed when they learned that
Grandma and Pop Pop were not approved to foster.

'Cuz fosters pay taxes, too.....

Hearings were held, again, before the House Ways and Means Committee this past
week, June 14, in reference to numerous abuses which CPS has perpetuated upon
families.

Abuses like:

1. Removal of children for arbitrary or vague causes. They think you're not
cooperative.

2. Like the TX Dad, you child's school may have reported your family because of
the way you discipline your child.

See: http://www.txcfr.org TX, Austin-based.

3. You are feuding with your school district over placement of your child who
is in Special Ed. School retailiates--reports your family to DFS.

You may submit your story to the Congress. This committee is headed by
Congressman Herger from California.
