LOL! The empty Kane often makes the loudest noise! Kane, why don't
you compare the crime rate today and back int the 50's & 60's? You know,
when spanking was more prevalent! By your logic, spanking must have
been more prevalent in the 90's also since that is when the crime rate
peaked!
