I want to start online busines in Japan selling childrens clothes and i
would like to gain help and information on how to contact wholesalers
that would be interested in selling their goods in Japan.

Can anyone please give me some tips on how to contact these businesses
whether established or new labels wanting to gain a market.

I would try alt.tv.one-life-to-live. If that doesn't work,
try rec.outdoors.fishing. Those newsgroups are often
teeming with wholesalers that are interested in selling
their goods in Japan.
